This dynamic, data-driven Direct Marketing Company requires a Head of Business Development who will act as line manager for the Account Managers within their Direct Solutions Team. Working alongside the Head of Production, your main tasks will include:
• Playing a major role in the strategic development and growth of the department
• Formulating new business plans and strategies to give sustainable growth
• Monitoring and improving the financial performance of the department
• Identifying and converting new profitable sales opportunities
They are looking for someone with extensive experience within the Direct Marketing industry, with excellent knowledge of Direct Mail and Direct Marketing print and production. You will have a successful track record in new and existing business development and excellent communication and presentation skills
